Largely untouched since the end of the First World War, Lubborn studio has ten huge sash windows (SE and NW facing), which flood natural light on the original stone walls, floorboards and ceiling rafters.

The floor area is 17.48m x 7.82m (57’4” x 25’8”).

There is electricity, with wall sockets, overhead lighting and WiFi, but no heating. You will need to bring your own studio lights.

There is ample parking next to the Cheese House. Access to the studio floor is up a single staircase through a doorway 800 x 2050mm (see plan and photos).

We provide refreshments (tea/coffee). Changing facilities and use of a bathroom are in a cottage next door.

Alternatively you may book the Studio with the House for shoots including the House and Garden.

Prices from £50 per hour between 9am and 5pm for photo shoots.

Overtime outside these hours is double rate.

Our minimum charge per studio shoot is £250.
